Fred’s Heating and Air just completed our fall furnace maintenance service. We have always been very pleased with the service we receive from Fred’s Heating and have been using them since 2003. Highly recommend.

The Fred’s technician exceeded our expectations when identifying a couple of critical parts that were required for system efficiency and were covered under warranty. He was professional, courteous, respectful, clean and very thorough. Fred’s has had my business for over 25 years and will continue to be my HVAC choice for systems and service.

5 stars for our technician and Fred’s Heating and Air. Had them come to give a second opinion about our not so old furnace that another company found several things “needing replacing” or perhaps a “new furnace”! A more thorough inspection was done by the Fred’s tech, as well as some terrific education about the items in question which as it turned out were NOT needing replacement and were all in good working order. I trust Fred’s honesty and integrity.

The experience I had with Fred’s was top notch from the time I made the call until my serviceman left. Our tech was very professional and explained everything to me so that it was easy to understand. I felt like he was teaching me what was going on so that I could make a better decision instead of feeling pressured to spend more on unnecessary repairs. A service. I will call again when I need to and I will recommend.
